I lost the strap for my Echo Wireless Brake Control 0563140225. How do I obtain a replacement or what else can be used to secure the unit?

For your Curt Echo brake controller # C51180 you will need the Replacement Strap for Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C28HR.

Yes, the Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller part #C51180 will work with a factory brake controller. The Curt Echo will actually override the factory brake controller so you don't have to worry about disconnecting anything either.
