I currently have a Curt Q20 hitch set up with a 2019 Silverado 3500 w/8 foot bed. Trading for a 2025 Silverado 3500 with short bed and puck system. I am looking for the proper slider that will take my Q20 head and adapters to allow use in the 2025 Silverado 3500.

Hey Matt, congrats on the new truck. To convert your Curt Q20 hitch to a slider you'll need the Curt S20 Slider for E16, A16, A20, and Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches item # C63DR. This slider base will allow you to reuse your Q20 head.
The Curt item # C63DR base attaches industry standard rails and we do not have one that mounts to the puck system. You'll need to use the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch item # C88KR to connect the slider base to your puck system.
