Curt S20 Slider for E16, A16, A20, and Q20 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches - 12" Travel # C63DR - 109 pounds
Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rails - Carbide Black Finish # C16204 - 34 pounds
Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Bracket Kit # C16307 - 29 pounds
This will all fit your 2020 Ram 1500, but be aware that it does exclude the TRX or the multifunction tailgate.
