Question:
I currently have a standard A16 5the wheel hitch for my ram pick system. I am looking to go to a slider. Is there a sliding base for the ram prep package that I can reuse my A16 head? Also what would be the minimum height if I were to go that route?

Hi Sean; to use the A16 with your 2017 Ram 2500 you will need the Curt S20 Slider # C63DR along with the Adapter Rails for Curt 5th Wheel Hitch # C29BR. The minimum height would be 19-1/2". The hitch is 17-1/2" at the lowest setting and then the adapter adds 2" overall.
Any big trips coming up with your 5th wheel?
