Question:
What hub / drum would I use for my Reflection 31MB with 5.2k axels? The number on them is 120088. Thank you.

Great to hear from you again, Richard!
According to my research you need the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # K08-201-98 which comes with a grease seal that has a 2.25" ID.
This comes as a single hub and drum so you'll need one for each side of your axle.
