Hey Sue,
The largest hitch cargo carrier we have with a ramp is going to be part # EM34JV. This is going to be a 30-1/2" wide x 50" long carrier with a 47" long ramp. WE do not have anything that is a 60x60 so this is going to be the biggest option we have. It has a 400lb capacity on it which should work well for scooters.
Do you need the full 60x60 space or how much would you need to make your scooters fit?

Hey Sue, did you find that the 30x50 carrier with the ramp worked for your scooters, or do you still need the larger space? If you're still looking for a solution, I'm happy to help.
