Does the 2023 lippert auto level system 421484 use a remote control ?

Hey Tim, yes the Lippert Ground Control that uses the control panel part # LC421484 does also have a remote control for it with the part # LC358601. This is a component of the Lippert Ground Control system that had the remote control oddly enough sold separately. Another option is you can control it with the One Control app from your smart phone if you didn't want to spend the money on the remote if that is something you'd prefer?
