What Suspension Enhancement Upgrades do You Have for My 2005 GMC Yukon Denali 1500 XL?

Question:

Hi, I have a 2005 gmc xl1500 Denali. Do you have any airbag system I can install inside of my coils to raise the ass up when I’m towing. I heard Firestone Carrie’s bags for my car, also do u sell heavy duty springs/coils to stick the bags in? Tx

Hello Arman,

Your best option is the coil spring bags. For your 2005 GMC Yukon XL Denali you will will want the Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs for Coil Springs - Rear # AL60769 (these will NOT work if you have the auto leveling option). These will give you a 1,000 pound load leveling capacity.

You could pair them with some upgraded bump stops, the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-204-40 would be great!

I am sorry, but we do not have any upgraded coils for your vehicle, and there is not a air bag option like the # F2250 for your year, make, and model (I even double checked with Firestone), you should be fine on just adding the bags to your coils on your current set-up.

How heavy is the trailer you are towing?

Hey Arman, Did you have a chance to try the Air Lift 1000 Air Helper Springs for your Yukon XL Denali? I'm curious to know how they worked out for your towing needs. Your feedback could really help others with similar setups!
