What Kind Of Bushings Does The CE Smith Triangular Equalizer CES86WR Have?

does this equalizer have bronze bushings or nylon?

Hello Dickie. We meet again. The CE Smith Triangular Equalizer # CES86WR has nylon bushings. Pretty much all of the standard equalizer we carry come with nylon bushings pre-inserted. They would have to be pressed out to use with a bronze bushing.

Hey Dickie, did you decide to stick with the nylon bushings for your equalizer, or are you considering switching to bronze? I'm curious because your experience could help others who are deciding between the two options.

@JesseM I ordered the equalizers but also ordered a MoRyde wet bolt kit and replaced the nylon bushings with the provided bronze in the kit. Greatly appreciate your help and promptness.

@Dickie Good choice on the MORryde wet bolt kit. I love those things and recommend them all the time. With proper maintenance they can last the lifetime of the trailer. Anyway, glad to help, and come back anytime you need anything!
