would like this rock guard for my 2022 GMC dually with no exhaust cut out. is that available?

Hey Dean! The Access Rockstar Mud Flap for Towing - Full Width - Commercial Grade # A85NG is the version without the exhaust cutout. This is designed to fit your 2022 GMC Sierra 3500 Dually. The picture we have is just the stock photo from Access so it shows the cutout even though it won't come with it. If you need anything else feel free to reply below.
