Question:
Hello- I have an existing non- powered roof vent that is pre wired for adding a second A/C unit. Can I use a 12v transformer to install and power the Maxxfan Deluxe? Thanks for your time.

Yes, you can. You'll just want to make sure you get the voltage down to 12v to install a fan like the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent item # MA00-07500K you were looking at. It will shut-off automatically at 13.6 volts.
When installing the MaxxFan item # MA00-07500K you will want to use Butyl Tape item # 362BT-18x1-50 for under the flange and Alpha Systems 1021 Self-Leveling Sealant item # AL98KV to cover the flange and screws to get a complete seal.
What kind of trailer do you have?
