Hello Scott, thanks for reaching out. The etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes # AKEBRK-7-SA come with a left hand and right hand brake assembly. The brake drums are sold separately.
Typically, the 7K brake assemblies would go with a 7K hub such as part # AKHD-865-7-2-EZ-K. This uses a # 25580 (1.75" inner diameter) inner bearing, a # 14125A (1.25" inner diameter) outer bearing and 2.25" ID seal. It has the 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern. Please confirm that this matches the hubs currently on your trailer.
The hubs are sold individually and they come pre greased with bearings lug nuts and a grease cap. So for tandem axle with two braking axles you will need a total of two sets of brakes and four hubs.
If you need mounting hardware, use part # BRKH12S. You would need four of these total.
Are you replacing old brakes, or adding a whole new braking system to your trailer?
