Hello Fred, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Reese M5 5th wheel hitch is compatible with the Rota-Flex pin box. You will not need any kind of adapter or wedge to use these together, but I do recommend a Lube Plate # RP83001 to eliminate the need for grease on the face of the pin box.
