Hi Albert, Great question!
The air bags on your 2021 Chevy Silverado 3500 will not interfere with the installation location of the Hellwig Anti-Sway Bar part # HE66XR. The two systems mount in different locations.
The position that you put the sway bar in depends on how much sway you are experiencing. Hellwig does recommend to start with the outer mounting holes until you are used to the new handling of the vehicle. If you still need more control, you can move to the inner mounting holes.
It sounds like you have a pretty heavy load on the truck bed. What issues are you having? Sway or sag? Comment below!

Enough sag to affect my headlights, air bags corrected this issue. Sway is more of a recoil noticeably on narrow, unlevel or uneven and winding roads, at lower speeds ie; campground or forest roads. I’m expecting the stabilizer will stiffen/ dampen this action. I’ve also experienced sideways push via wind gusts both from passing truckers and Mother Nature.
