Best Suspension Enhancement For A 2024 GMC Sierra 1500 Pulling A 7,500 Pound Camper

Looking for the right kit to install on my 2024 GMC Sierra 1500, towing a camper weighs about 7500 Pds, When I hook up camper it s 4 inches. looking for what you would recommend to help level this off.

We have three options I would recommend for you, Tim. All are air bags as they are my preferred may to help eliminate sag when towing. All three of these will also fit either the 2 wheel drive and 4 wheel drive options for a 2024 GMC Sierra 1500, but there are a few notes and exceptions depending on trim and options. If you let me know which trim/options your truck has down in the comments below, I can definitely narrow down which will fit.
Option 1: Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2609
Option 2: Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs # AL57288
Option 3: PacBrake Alpha HD Air Bag Suspension Kit # PB32ZV
All of these are rated to 5,000 pounds (which is all you will need with the weight you are towing), are rated from 5 to 100 psi (giving you plenty of adjustability), have similar bolt on installs, and have Lifetime Warranties.
The big difference between these options is how the bags are sealed. Firestone crimps their bags, whereas PacBrake and Air Lift clamp them on (picture below to show what I mean). This means Firestone bags are the strongest and can actually stay attached when a vehicle is lifted by the frame, but Air Lift and PacBrake have to be disconnected as to not damage the bags. Due to this, if it were me doing this install on my 2016 Silverado 1500, I would go with Firestone.
