Question:

I plan to upgrade to upgrade my Imagine XLS 17MKE to the MORryde CRE3000. Asking quesions online, AI says i need the 3-1/8 inch shackle straps and that teh 2-1/4 are not appropriate for my set up. Before i purchase the kit, i want to confirm the fit. Thank you.

Yeah I wouldn't trust AI on that one. The easiest way to determine what size shackle straps you need is going to be to measure yours.

The shackles on the MORryde item # MR58ZR measure 2-1/4" long and the shackles with item # MR98ZR are 3-1/8" long. You'll want to measure from center to center of the bolt holes as shown in the included diagram. Which ever one is closest to what you currently have is what you will want to go with.

How did you decide on the MORryde Shock Absorbing Suspension Equalizer item # MR27ZR? You'll want to match your current equalizer's dimensions as close as possible. I have attached a diagram that will show you the dimensions of item # MR27ZR. If yours don't match up go ahead and throw the measurements you do find in the comment box below and I'll be happy to find you the correct ones.
