The Curt Q20 Fifth Wheel Hitch, while an excellent fifth wheel trailer hitch with a locking jaw and 3 point indicator system, does not have a wedge available.

We do not recommend using a sidewinder with a Q20 hitch because it is cushioned and the Sidewinder wedge wears out the rubber bushing in the hitch head. If your truck has an 8 foot bed, you could change out the sidewinder and keep the Curt Q5. If your truck bed is 6 foot or shorter, a sidewinder is a necessity, so in that case, I would change out the fifth wheel hitch. You can use our Hitch Hunter to find a good custom-fit replacement. I would recommend the Reese Select Plus 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch, # RP30928, for your Sidewinder application.
