Is Curt Q20 FIfth Wheel Hitch Compatible With Sidewinder on 2017 Ram 2500

Question:
I understand that there is now a custom wedge if I wanted to use the sidewinder kingpin RP34FR, or RP61422, with a curt Q5 style hitch. Is this correct, and if so, would you have the part number. Thanks

There used to be wedges to make the older Curt A-series 5th wheel hitches compatible with sidewinders such as the Reese Sidewinder # RP34FR, but there was never a wedge to use the Curt Q-Series with this setup. As of now, the current Curt 5th wheel hitches cannot be used with a Reese Sidewinder.
Luckily there are a few options you can use, and here are my recommendations:
-If your 2017 Ram 2500 has OEM prep package, use Reese M-Series # RP30928 and Adapter # RP30154.
-If your 2017 Ram 2500 does NOT have OEM prep package use Reese M-Series # RP30928 and Rails # RP50054-58.
Keep in mind, to be compatible with the Reese Sidewinder RP34FR you will need the compatible wedge, # RP44FR.
