Troubleshooting MaxxAir Fan Buttons Not Working

Question:
Approximately 3 years ago I bought a replacement circuit board for my Maxx Air fan In and out and it worked great until about a year ago. It will not come on using switch controls on fan but will work fine with the remote! I was wondering if you might can suggest things to check. Greatly appreciate any ideas. Thank you! P.S. I am not electrically knowledgeable but am willing to try checking things before replacing entire unit. Fan is in a 2017 Casita Spirit, unsure of version.

Since the remote works we know the board isn't totally shot. I'm guessing it is the wiring for the control switch. All you can really do is check that wiring to make sure it is secure and no corrosion is present at both ends. If you decide to go ahead and replace the fan we have the # MA00-04500K or # MA00-07500K which both come with a remote and will fit your existing opening.
