Hey BZ, the best suspension enhancement option we have for your 2016 Ram 3500 that will improve loaded an unloaded ride quality is the Roadactive part # RAS3613-HD. This is only kit where all of the feedback we have gotten on it has been that it has improved ride quality. SumoSprings aren't terrible but the reaction isn't usually as positive as the RAS kits.
