Availability Of 3" Hub For Rock Tamers Mud Flaps

I have a set of rock tamers. I thought I had a 3 inch hub, so I ordered a 2 1/2 inch hub, but I’m not sure once it arrives how the bolts are going to be long enough as it does not seem to fit securely. Is there an actual 3 inch hub?
