Should Hitch Pin Hole Be Exact Diameter as Hitch Pin
Question:
I have a 3 hitch on my RV and use two reducers 2 1/2 and 2 to bring it down to size required for Blue Ox tow hitch. The RV hitch as 3/4 pin hole while the two reducers have 5/8 pin holes. I therefore have to use 5/8 pin which of course wiggles in 3/4 hitch hole, resulting in wear both on pin and holes beginning to enlarge. Do you have reducers that have 3/4 hole in them so I can place 3/4 pin through all three?

Some wiggle is actually pretty normal. It's not recommended to have a pin that fits exact to the hitch pin hole as it would make it very difficult to line up the hitch pin and the hole in the shank of the hitch accessory.
