Hey Scott, the best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base if off the loaded tongue weight of the trailer and go with a system that has a range that allows your tongue weight to fall as close to the middle of it as possible.

For your tongue weight of 922 lbs I would recommend the Reese Strait Line part # RP75FR which has a tongue weight range of 600-1,200 lbs and also has the best sway control at preventing sway before it starts.

Are you getting much sway?

So I have a Reese whd now. The shank is a 54970, it says 1000 to 1200, and the bars I have say 750 wt distribution spring bar 10,000 max gross trailer weight 750 max hitch weight - 2 I can't read the rest Would that work for this travel trailer?

@ScottB The system you have now has spring bars that are rated too low to be effective on your current trailer. You can reuse the shank you have now though with the # RP75FR I mentioned earlier though. It does not come with a shank so you wouldn't be buying extra parts.
