How to Remove the Pollack Black Plastic 7-Pole Connector

Question:
I had a mishap and need to replace 7 pin connector. I cannot get it to come off after removing 2 side screws. There is no set screw. Any advice please

Hey Stan, I did some research and it looks like all you have to do to remove the wires from the Pollak Black Plastic, 7-Pole, RV Blade-Style Trailer Socket # PK12-707E is loosen those two set screws, and the you should be able to pull the wires out like how Joe show's at 1:32 in the video attached.
Since that's not working, you will have to cut the wires from the back of the connector and re-wire the new connector from scratch. I know it's not the most ideal position to be in, but it sounds like your wires are trapped.
