Hello Dave, thanks for reaching out. Yes, you can absolutely used two Lithium batteries wired in parallel with the Progressive Dynamics Mighty Mini AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger - 60 Amp part # PD4060K. it has a charging mode specifically for Lithium batteries.
