What Rear Anti-Sway Bar do I Want for My 2021 Ford F-350 Super Duty with Single Wheel?

Updated 10/27/2025 | Published 03/07/2025

Question:

Hello, I just watched all the videos for the Roadmaster rear anti sway bar for my 2021 Ford F350 SINGLE rear wheel. In the video one of the presenters said “for the DUAL rear wheel” trucks. I’d like to confirm that this will or will not fit my vehicle and maybe just an oversite on the descriptive wording. Below is the part number from your website: Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/2inch Diameter Part Number: RM-1139-193

Hello Clark,

I'm glad you reached out. The Roadmaster Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/2" Diameter #RM-1139-193 only works with dual-wheel trucks. We do have a rear anti-sway bar that will work for your 2021 Ford F-350 Super Duty with single-wheel drive, but it will be the Hellwig brand. Hellwig has been in the sway bar business since 1946—I would say they are definitely doing something right. In fact, they were just here recently, and I was so impressed that I ordered a set for our truck that we tow our boat with.

You will need to see which one is the right fit for you, as they do have some different options:

Stock height with 4 wheel drive: Hellwig Adjustable Big Wig Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-5/16" Diameter # HE94FR

Stock height with 2 wheel drive: Hellwig Adjustable Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/4" Diameter # HE34YR

2" lift with 4 wheel drive: Hellwig Adjustable Rear Anti-Sway Bar - 1-1/8" Diameter # HE66YR

I included a video that my buddy Brad put together with a rep from Hellwig. Please take a minute to check it out and let me know what you think.

Hey Clark, how did the Hellwig Big Wig rear anti-sway bar work out on your F-350? It’d be great to know if it gave you the handling improvement you were after. Your feedback could help others choosing between the Hellwig and Roadmaster options.
