Hello Kevin, thanks for reaching out. Yes, the Curt OEM 5th-Wheel Hitch Legs # C16017 will work with the Curt Q20 head. It will also work with the Reese Under-Bed Rail Kit # RP30868 you mentioned. This Reese rail kit uses the exact same puck spacing as the Ford OEM puck system, so they are known to be compatible.
Also, the Reese Rail Kit # RP30868 is correct for your 2014 Chevy 2500.
