No, it can not but I have a couple of options that will. The 100 Amp Go Power RV Converter and Smart Battery Charger item # 34266912 only works with flooded lead acid and AGM batteries. If you can step down to 80 amps then the Progressive Dynamics 9300 Series RV Converter Charger item # PD89RR will definitely work with your LiFePO4 batteries.
If you do need a 100 amp converter our only option is the Go Power Industrial Pure Sine Wave Inverter Charger item # 34280055.
