The lug nut torque specs for the Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3.5K Axles # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K will vary depending on what your wheel size is and what it's made of. If you check out the linked photo, you'll see that it can range from 55 ft-lbs up to 120 ft-lbs.
As long as you follow the chart you'll be good to go! What size wheels are you using and what are they made from?
