What is the Best Light Replacement for My Light with Part Number PM-RV12V-PA3-PC-R?

Question:

I have an RV with recessed puk lights , part number PM-RV12V-PA3-PC-R. They appear to be 3 1/2 exterior lens measurement with recessed area around 1/2 deep x 2 wide. I believe I have found in your product what appears to be close BUT wanted input from you on what part crosses over as a replacement etc. thanks Steve

Hello Steve,

The light you were looking at the Gustafson 12V RV LED Puck Light # 277-000343 is the closest you are going to find for a replacement for the PM-RV12V-PA3-PC-R. The only thing that I would doublecheck is your hole cut outs. The PM-RV12V-PA3-PC-R is 2" housing and the # 277-000343 is 2 1/8", and the depth you will need is 3/4" so a 1/4" more than your current one. But like I said, this is the closest thing you are going to get to an exact replacement.

Are you swapping out a few of them, or adding some new ones?

Hey Steve, how did the Gustafson LED puck light work out as a replacement for your original recessed lights? Did the slightly larger cutout size end up fitting well in your RV ceiling? Your update could make it easier for others trying to match older fixtures.
