Finding the Correct Replacement Hardware for a Westin Grille Guard on a 2000 Chevy Silverado

I recently bought a bumper and it did not come with the mounting brackets. It looks like a weston bumper but I cant find any identifying marks. Was wondering if there is anyway to send you pictures of it and for you to help find the proper mounting brackets.

Hey Angie, by bumper did you possibly mean grille guard? If you did, I'd need to know specifically what grille guard you have. The only unfortunate part of using a second hand grille guard is that the hardware is specific to the grille guard as well as the truck. So if you're not sure what model you have, or if it's for a different truck, the hardware for it isn't going to work.

We do have the Westin Sportsman Grille Guard # 40-0185 with the hardware # 40-018PK which is a fit for your truck, but like I said, it is only going to work with that grille guard.

If you can let me know what grille guard you have, that would be the best case scenario. It's to my understanding that Westin does not put any identifying marks on their grille guards so you'd have to reach out to the original owner and see if they have anything on it.
