Does the Thule Foothill roof top tent mount using T-slots? Or is the two clamp option the only way to install it?

Hello Howard; the Thule Tepui Foothill Rooftop Tent # TH37HJ is only able to mount on crossbars by clamping on. Would you prefer a rooftop tent that mounts in the top channel of your crossbars? If so, I recommend the Rhino-Rack Soft Shell Rooftop Tent # RR77AP. This is a 2 person tent just like the Thule with a 661 lb capacity and a slightly larger sleeping footprint measuring 85-3/8" long x 51-3/16" wide.
