Question:
I have a 1976 F250 with a GVWR of 7800lbs. I had the truck on a scale the other day and it was 4490 with me out of it. I weigh 170lbs. The truck has e rated tires. Here’s the question, I have a 2018 fifth wheel camper that weighs 8000lbs dry. I need a goose neck hitch for this truck. Thanks!

Hey Josh, so we can help but we don't have any custom fit gooseneck hitches that fit your 1976 Ford F-250. Best option would be a universal style option like the Curt plate part # C65500 which would need to get welded to the top of the truck frame like you see in the attached picture.

Hey Josh, did you end up going with the Curt gooseneck plate for your F-250? Knowing how that setup worked out could help others with older trucks looking for a similar towing option.
