Question:
55537 CURT T-Connector - 4 Wire : the link for installation details will not open for me. Could you send me the information or tell where I may look for it? My husband received this for a Christmas present and just opened the box this morning. Also my husband is concerned because there was no hardware to install the hitch. He is afraid the bolts that are in the van may need to be replaced and does not know what to get to replace them. At 77 years young he is a worrywart. Lol. We appreciate your advice on this and are very pleased with your company. This is the second trailer hitch we have bought from you with fast shipping and wonderful support personnel to help us old people. Thank you for your time

Hello Gail, thanks for reaching out, and happy new year! I went ahead and attached a screenshot of the instructions for the Curt # C55537 for you. You will also find the instructions linked below. It opened up fine for me so it should open for you using the link below.
As far as the hardware for the hitch, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13389 you ordered does not include any hardware. This is because the necessary bolts are already present in the frame. As long as they have not been previously removed, they should not be rusted or corroded and should be fine to use. If the bolts are no good, you can get a suitable grade 8 bolt at a local hardware store or auto parts store. I am not quite sure what size the OEM bolts are but if you remove one and take it to the store it shouldn't be too hard to find a match.
Feel free to reach out if you need anything else.

Hey Gail, did the link for the Curt T-Connector instructions open up for you this time? I’m also wondering if your husband found the right bolts for the hitch. Sharing how it went could help others working with the same setup.
