Hey Steve, thanks for the photos!
The Bristol Waste Valve for RV Black Water Tank - 3" Hub to 3" Lug # 34466N5A will definitely fit in place of your current valve, but it comes with 4 lugs instead of the 3 that you said you have.
From the photos you sent in you should be able to use this 4-lug system, but if not, the Valterra Bladex Waste Valve Body # T1003VPM will sandwich between the ends that you currently have so you can just reuse them.
