Dimensions Of Replacement Male Quick Connect for WaterPORT Spray Nozzle RG55PR

Updated 07/10/2025 | Published 07/09/2025

Question:

I have a 2025 grand design and the standard quick connect for my spray port doesnt seem to work Ive tried 2. Also my factory hose that came w/ the trailer has an o-ring on it. Im wonder if some of the new spray ports might be using this style connection. part number RG55PR, do you have any dimensions I could get to compare to the factory hose I have? Thanks,

Hey Mike thanks for reaching out. I went out to our warehouse and measured the Replacement Male Quick Connect for WaterPORT Spray Nozzle # RG55PR. It is 1.45" long overall. The threaded end is a standard 1" diameter. The quick connect end is 0.6" in diameter. I edited a picture to help illustrate.

I hope this helps. Were there any other dimensions you were looking for?

The end of the factory hose is more like .45". Grand design did give me the part numbers but they didn't get me much info when searching online. They are below, maybe your stuff will find it. I'm just trying to really get the quick connect side so I can use a regular hose or faucet in the spray port. I've tried 2 different regular quick connects (brass) but they didn't work. I'm assuming these aren't the standard quick connect now as it has that o-ring like this. Trekwood RV parts is the only place I can find the right part number for the spray port but it doesn't describe the quick connect well to know if a regular brass one would work (2 haven't like I said). TDQ881BK-15 (spray port hose) TDQ886BK (spray port) Thanks, Mike B

@MikeB I am sorry but I am not seeing any references for those part numbers. They are nowhere in our database and even looking on google that Trekwood place appears to be the only place that has them. I am not familiar with that retailer though so I can't speak for them

@JesseM Thanks for searching. I might just be out of luck for a while. It seems other grand design owners say the brass one works, so maybe this is new on the 2025's.

@MikeB Yea that will probably be your best bet. That or go ahead and replace the whole spray port with something more standard.
