Does the handle unscrew? I need to thread on an extension rod with handle.

We do have a 3 inch diameter black water waste valve with a handle that unscrews but part # T1003VPM doesn't have a removable handle. Instead use part # 34439240 from LaSalle Bristol.
Additionally, use part # 34466SP1112 for a 12 inch extension.
