Do You Carry Replacement Parts to Fix the Inside of a Slam Latch for a 2021 Jayco Eagle?

Question:
Wondering if you have PARTS for slam latches? I have a 2021 Jayco Eagle with locking slam latches. The interior piece that raises the plunger when you pull up the latch handle is broken.

Hello Todd,
I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your slam latch. We do not have any replacement parts for the slam latches besides replacement keys. Your best bet is going to be to change out the whole thing. The # 295-000015 does have the keyed a like option for a small fee so you can match it to your current locks if they are keyed to # 346-350. I do not have a data base that tells me what is put on what trailers, so I attached an image with the dimensions of the # 295-000015 to make sure that it matches up to your current one. If you have completely different measurements, please feel free to shoot those measurements my way so I can find the correct one for you.

The slam latch that is broken is from Bauer Products, BP-22. The opening in the compartment door is 3.5” wide by 3.75” high. The compartment door is .75” thick. All four of the BP slam latches on my trailer are keyed alike and I’d like to have the replacement latch keyed the same. (BAU4-P is stamped on the current key) I’m not sure what to order as your replacement product states it replaces the BP-20 but there is no mention of replacing the BP-22. I need help here. THANKS!!
