Will this work on a door of 1.25 inch thickness.

Yes, the Global Link RV Baggage Door Slam Latch # 295-000015 will fit with a 1-1/4" thick door. If you don't have a mounting plate then you'll also need the part # 295-000016 to complete the installation.

I have the factory mounting plates that came on my trailer will those work or do I need those specific mounting plate?

@Cory You can use your existing mounting plates as long as the bolt holes are spaced 2-3/4" x 2-11/16" apart on center (see attached photo above).

Could I also get 1 RV NORMAL DOOR LOCK be keyed to match the baggage keys? if so which RV lock and how to I make sure same keys.

@Cory Yes, if you use the drop down on the product page to select "Keyed Alike" when you add the latch to your shopping cart you can get this and any Global Link Entry Door Kit, like part # 295-000019, with the keyed alike option sent to you with the same key number.
