What function does the status remote pendant serve? Does it simply show which type of battery is being charged or is there an app that can access the QR code for more detailed information?

Hey Michael,

You're correct that it lets you see what charge mode the converter charger is in, but it also has a button on it to let you manually change the charge mode as needed. There isn't currently Bluetooth or other app capabilities at this time with these style converter chargers but I can see that being a very good possibility in the future as more and more RV'ers go off-grid.

In the meantime there are some other battery chargers, surge protectors, and battery management systems that can give you every detail if you're interested in keeping an eye on things. If so, let me know what you're wanting to monitor and I can see which accessory best fills that need.

Hey Michael, how did things go with the status remote pendant on your converter charger? Did being able to switch charge modes manually give you the control you were looking for? Your update could make it easier for others deciding between display and app-based options.
