Can 4.80-12 Tire Replace ST145/R12 Load Range E Tire

Im trying to find a spare tire and wheel combo for a Triton Jet Ski Trailer that has ST145/R12E tires. Can I run a 4.80x12 such as AM30670?

Hi Andrew; in terms of size it is close but the 4.80-12 is going to be shorter and and narrower. It also has a significantly lower capacity compared to a 145/12 load range E tire. I would stick with the same size and get the # KE46EV as a replacement. This also a load range of E with a max load of 1,520 lbs at 80 psi.
