Question:
I have 2024 e series ford F450 motor home I found the brake controller plug behind the coin tray plugged in the new controller Nothing happens there is nothing on my info screen to activate the controller

Hi Richard; I'm assuming the screen doesn't even turn on when you plug it in. If that is correct, check for power on the E-450 wiring harness. It could be that you have a blown fuse or the fuse is missing for the brake controller wiring which would explain why nothing happens.
