Question:

looking to replace my faulty lp gas detector cci 7773 a 3 wire all i find are 2 wires rv forum suggest mti 30-442 for replacement but it is a 2 wire thanks

Hi Alphonse; we don't have a 3-wire model but you can still replace yours with the RV Propane Gas Detector # RS44FR. All you need to do is attach the red wire to power and the black wire to ground and you're all set. You can cap off the third wire from your old detector.

Hey Alphonse, how did the swap to the 2-wire RV propane gas detector go? Did capping off the third wire from your old setup work as expected? Your update could make it easier for others replacing a similar 3-wire detector.
