Hi guys, Our 2024 Riverstone has three 15,000 Dometic Penguin II heat pump units, the MFG number is 651916H751C0-M...is this the same as the DMC68ZR? My tag doesnt list a PN. Thanks!

Hey Mark, it is not. The Dometic Penguin II High Capacity RV Air Conditioner item # DMC68ZR is 651916HXX1C0-01 or Dometic part number 9600003815. We do not carry this unit anymore nor do we have an option to replace your Dometic Penguin II 651916H751C0-M.
The new AC systems have converted over to the new R32 refrigerant so the only solution I would have to replace your AC units are with brand new systems like the GE Appliances Deluxe Plus RV AC System w/ Heat item # GE34RR for ductless setups or the item # GE75ZR for a ducted system. The newer systems and their components with R32 are not compatible with the older systems with 410a refrigerant like your Dometic Penguin II.

Hey Mark, did you end up going with one of the GE Deluxe Plus AC systems for your Riverstone? Knowing how the new setup worked out could help others moving from the older Dometic units.
