RV Battery Charger for Charging 280 ah Lithium Battery

Question:
what battery charger do you suggest for rv with 12.8v / 280ah lithium battery. and why is one prong on existing plug turned the other direction

Hey Mike, for a similar charger to what you referenced of # PD922524 that is lithium compatible we have the Progressive Dynamics 9100 part # PD49RRwhich has a lithium battery charging profile. Lithium batteries require charging at a higher voltage. This would do a great job keeping your battery charged but since you have a plug that has a prong that is turned sideways that means you have a 20 amp outlet potentially. Does the outlet you plug into have option to use a rotated plug as well as the standard type you normally see? If so this will plug right in.
If not, you'd need a 20 amp to 15 amp outlet adapter which is something we don't carry but is pretty easy to find elsewhere.
