Hey Rich, thanks for reaching out. I am sorry to say the instruction manual for the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BLU86HR is not yet available online. I even reached out to my contact at Blue Ox and they said this particular base plate is still in production and they have not had a chance to upload a copy for online use yet. The instructions will come with the base plate, but since it is not yet available, I unfortunately have no way of getting those to you.
One thing that I can do is show you the instructions for a similar base plate. We have the etrailer Base Palte # e64FV which is also for the 2024 Ford Maverick and you will find the instructions for this linked below. The design of the base plate is slightly different from the Blue Ox, but the installation process will be pretty similar. This should hopefully give you a pretty good idea of what you will be in for. Keep in mind the whole front bumper has to come off and there will be some trimming and drilling required.
We have an install video that shows the Demco # DM77YV base plate being installed on a 2024 Maverick and you will find that linked below as well. Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions for me.
