Hey Gerard,
The anti-rattle hitch pin for the 23x56 Rola Dart Cargo Carrier 59550 is no longer available so the only way to get one is to use an anti-rattle pin like part # SHP2061 or # 63232 and then use the block to replace what inside the shank on the carrier.
If you're wanting to swap out to a different carrier then I recommend checking out the Flint Hill Goods 22" x 49" Cargo Carrier # FHG27ZR because it has an aluminum construction and comes with an anti-rattle pin.
