Replacement for Jensen VM9726BTC

Question:
Im looking for a compatible replacement for a Jensen Model VM9726BTC in dash radio. Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Hi Dr. Don; Jensen is constantly discontinuing stereos so it makes it really hard to match up an equivalent replacement. The # JEN25RR you looked at can be used as a replacement. However, the DVD functionality will be lost. This fits a 7-1/16" wide x 3-1/2" tall x 5-1/4" long cutout.
If you really want the DVD player functionality then the # JWM45 is a better choice. This fits a 7-1/16" wide x 3-3/8" tall x 5-1/8" long. Neither of these have navigation. Also, I don't have the dimensions from the old VM9726BTC but I'm guessing with that opening from the touch screen you're going to have some extra space to cover with any replacement we have.
If you want to keep the touch screen with navigation I recommend checking out some of the offerings from Kenwood or Alpine. These aren't brands we carry but I believe they make some pretty close equivalents.
