how do i find the serial number on a roadmaster tow dolly. where exactly is the plate?

I spoke with my contact at Roadmaster and he said that on a Roadmaster Tow Dolly Trailer like the # RM-2050-1, the serial number will be located on the tongue of the trailer or on the passenger side, main base, facing forward.
