Do the Konig K-Summit K77 Tire Chains Have a Weight Rating

Question:

What is the maximum recommended vehicle weight for these chains? I am looking to use them on a 2023 Mercedes Benz AWD Sprinter van that weighs about 9500 pounds.

I'm not finding a weight rating for the Konig K-Summit Tire Chains # TH02230K77, but if you can confirm what model of 2023 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter you have, as well as your tire size I'd be more than happy to look further into this and make sure we get you the right chains for your vehicle!

Tire size is 265 70r16. Sprinter van is a AWD 144” wheelbase.

@RyanT Thanks for the confirmation! I spoke with my contact at Konig and he said the K-Summit line it limited to vehicles with a 5,000 lb GVWR so your Sprinter will be too heavy for these chains. As an alternative I recommend using the pewag Snox Pro Tire Chains # PWSXV600 because they are Class S compatible (low clearance) and they are easier to install and remove than other tire chains with a similar style.
